We currently offer two types of fitness classes, High Fitness & Barre:


Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 am to 9:30 am for HIGH Fitness led by instructor Haley Ellis. Your first class is free to try, and once you’re hooked, all you need to do is buy a punch card from the instructor! $5 per class. Questions? Contact instructor Haley at
What is HIGH Fitness? It is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense, but easy to follow fitness choreography.”

Join us on Mondays and Fridays from 9 am to 10 am for Barre led by instructor Rebecca Touvell. All you need to do is email Rebecca at before your first class and then buy a punch card from her on your first visit! $12 per class.
