New Students

Welcome! From the class listing grid, select "Register" or "Waitlist" in the far left column. Follow the prompts to set up an account. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Classes with Waitlists

If the class you want is full, join the waitlist as soon as possible:

1) Open slots are filled on a first-come-first-serve basis and we will contact you if a spot becomes available.

2) Waitlists indicate which additional classes need to be created. If a new class is added, enrollment is first offered to those on the waitlist.

Selecting the Right Class and Level

Dancers learn important skills, techniques and dance terminology at each level, which are essential to build in order from beginner to intermediate to advanced. We want your child to succeed at each level so students must demonstrate ability and readiness before they can be moved up Some students might not be ready for a higher level and/or may need to move down a level in order to gain necessary foundational skills.

Maintaining a level also takes continuous work. Dance is not easy. Feel proud at all levels and know that we strive to make the content and choreography at all levels challenging, inspiring and fun! We want to engage your child in a way that will help improve technique in their favorite styles as well as engage them with creative choreography and lots of opportunities for connection. We know our dancers will emerge with more confidence, friendships, and a passion for dance.

If you have any questions, or would like suggestions for how to move up more quickly to the next level, please email Lonnie at office@sistersdanceacademy.com.

What to Wear and Bring to Class

Find details about what to wear here.

For ALL classes, hair must be pulled back away from the face. If long enough, hair must be worn in a tight, slicked back bun for all ballet and lyrical classes.

Bring a water bottle (with your name on it!) to each class. The studio does not have a water fountain.
