FAQs

  • TUITION: Monthly tuition is based on the number of class hours per family per week. The rate per class is discounted as additional classes are added. Details below.

DUE DATES: Tuition is due by the 6th of each month. You can choose to pay online, in person, or set up auto-pay. A $15 late fee will be applied to accounts not paid by the 15th. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

REGISTRATION FEE: Each family pays an annual registration fee of $20 per school year.

RECITAL COSTUME FEE: We hold recitals in December and June to showcase the hard work and progress of each class. We do our very best to keep these costs as low as possible, but please plan for at least $60 per student per class. An initial $25 will be charged with tuition in October/April. Any remainder will be charged in November/May.

  • SAFETY is of the utmost importance! Children under the age of eight must be walked into the building and picked up inside the building by a supervising adult or older sibling.

PROMPT. Please be prompt in dropping off and picking up children. It is important that dancers are on time and ready for class so they can participate in warm-ups that are critical in mitigating physical injuries.

CLASS OBSERVATION. Parents and siblings are welcome to observe class from the hallway as long as they do not become a distraction. Our space is very tight, so please consider observing every other class.

ATTENDANCE. Taken for each class. Consistency is a valuable tool in learning and attending all classes regularly is essential to learning and growth.

Missed classes may be made up in another age-appropriate class within one month of absence and can be arranged through the front office. However, this becomes more difficult 1-2 months prior to recitals.

For those participating in a recital, attendance of the dress rehearsal is mandatory.

  • If Sisters School District closes due to snow or other acts of nature, classes held before 2:00 p.m. are automatically cancelled. However, this does NOT mean that afternoon classes will be cancelled. You will be notified via email and/or text by 2:00 p.m. if classes are cancelled.

If the studio must cancel classes due to weather or other events beyond our control, students may attend the re-scheduled class or a different class appropriate for their age and experience level. No refunds for missed class will be given. If there are more than three weather/natural event cancellations for your class, a separate class will be scheduled.
